1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "km772" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the operator of km772.cam and all associated services, systems, and support functions.
• "You" / "Player" / "Member" — refers to any natural person who has registered an account on km772 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal player account created upon successful registration on km772, through which the Member accesses Services, makes deposits, places wagers, and requests withdrawals.
• "Services" — all sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, crash games, virtual sports, and any other wagering or gaming services made available by km772.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by km772 to a Member's Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process conducted by km772 prior to the processing of the first withdrawal or when otherwise required by the Platform's risk and compliance procedures.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited into a Member's Account that are available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding Bonus credit that remains subject to wagering requirements.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all km772 operational communications, support hours, and transaction processing references.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used for all km772 transactions.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to km772 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. km772 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these requirements.

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. km772 uses automated age-estimation tools at registration and conducts formal KYC document checks before processing your first withdrawal.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, or other non-individual legal structures are not permitted to hold Member accounts.
3. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether placed voluntarily through km772's own self-exclusion tools or through any applicable national or international self-exclusion scheme.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of km772, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purpose of placing real-money wagers.
5. You are solely responsible for verifying that online wagering is legal in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. km772 does not represent that its Services are lawful in every jurisdiction. Players accessing km772 from Indonesia acknowledge that the legal framework governing online gambling in Indonesia is complex and that responsibility for personal compliance with applicable local laws rests with the individual Player.
6. You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction in which km772 has expressly restricted or blocked access, as indicated from time to time on the Platform or in communications from km772 support.

3 Account Registration & KYC

Registration on km772 is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Multiple accounts per person, household, IP address, shared device, or shared payment method are strictly prohibited and will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. km772 reserves the right to close any Account found to have been registered using false, incomplete, or misleading information, and to forfeit any balance held in such an Account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before km772 processes your first withdrawal request, and at any other point where our risk and compliance procedures require it, you will be asked to submit documents verifying your identity, age, address, and the ownership of any payment method you have used. Acceptable documents include:

• Government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or equivalent) confirming name and date of birth;
• Proof of current residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a bank statement or screenshot confirming that the account or e-wallet belongs to the registered Member.

km772 may suspend withdrawal functionality — while leaving deposit and wagering access intact — for up to 72 hours pending receipt and review of requested KYC documents. Repeated failure or refusal to complete KYC may result in permanent Account closure and return of the un-wagered Real Money Balance, less any applicable processing costs.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. km772 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). km772 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

km772 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All transactions are processed through km772's dedicated payment infrastructure; no intermediary exchange services or third-party wallets outside the supported methods listed below are accepted.

Supported Deposit & Withdrawal Methods

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Maximum single deposit: as displayed in your Account dashboard for your current verification tier.
• Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallets are credited to your Account instantly in the vast majority of cases. Where a delay is encountered due to banking system issues outside km772's control, crediting will occur within 30 minutes of confirmed transfer receipt.
• km772 does not charge any fees on deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees independently of km772.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified Accounts targeting BCA and Mandiri accounts registered in the same name as the km772 Account are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Other bank channels may take up to 60 minutes during peak periods.
• Withdrawals may only be sent to an account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as the km772 Member Account. Third-party withdrawal destinations are not permitted.
• km772 reserves the right to review withdrawal requests where the balance was deposited but not meaningfully wagered on the Platform. A minimum wagering turnover of 1x the deposited amount may be required before withdrawal approval in such cases.
• km772 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. If a fee is applied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider, this is outside km772's control.

6 Responsible Gaming

km772 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all product verticals, from sports wagering on BRI Liga 1 and the EPL to togel draw games and live casino. The following tools are available to all Members at no charge, accessible at any time from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automated session-length reminders that trigger a notification and optional forced logout after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may place a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in place, km772 will not re-open the Account under any circumstances, regardless of subsequent requests from the Member.
• Reality Check: A reality check pop-up can be enabled to display net win/loss figures and elapsed session time at regular intervals.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on km772. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering an Account that circumvents a prior suspension or ban;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers, exploit Platform features, or manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting any software error, technical glitch, or pricing mistake in the Platform's odds or game mechanics — any winnings derived from a demonstrable error are void and will be reversed;
• Engaging in bandar bola (illegal bookmaking) activity — that is, acting as an intermediary who accepts wagers from third parties using your km772 Account;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting at a scale that constitutes systematic exploitation of the Platform's pricing rather than recreational wagering;
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform's backend systems, databases, or administrative interfaces without authorization;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing km772 support staff or other Members in any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the km772 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, design, graphics, text, data compilations, game assets, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to km772. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any such content without the prior written consent of km772.

Third-party game content provided by studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft is licensed to km772 and remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. km772 is not responsible for the intellectual property claims of third-party game providers.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, km772 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

This limitation of liability covers, without limitation:

• Losses arising from Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical faults, including during live sporting events;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your credentials;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform;
• Losses arising from changes to the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction after the time of your registration;
• Any indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable by km772 at the time you entered into this Agreement.

Where km772 is found liable for any direct loss arising from a specific, demonstrable error or negligent act on our part, km772's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

km772 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the km772 Privacy Policy.

km772 uses your personal data to: administer your Account; verify your identity and age; process deposits and withdrawals; detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activities; comply with applicable regulatory obligations; and provide customer support. km772 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing with third parties is limited to service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform, including payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud detection providers.

11 Governing Law

km772 operates under an internationally recognized offshore gaming licence. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is incorporated, as published in the Platform's licence documentation.

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any right you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Players in Indonesia are advised that the legal framework governing online gambling in Indonesia is distinct from international licensing regimes, and that players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.

Any dispute arising between you and km772 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall first be referred to mediation. If mediation does not produce a resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operating entity's incorporation jurisdiction.

12 Amendments

km772 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, km772 will provide notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the change takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account before the amendment takes effect by contacting km772 support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of Account closure will be processed in accordance with the Terms in force at the time the withdrawal was requested.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at km772.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.
